Accelerated Performance
Coaching to Drive a Performance Culture (2 hr. module can stand alone or include role plays & practice scenarios when delivered in 4 sessions or 8 hrs.)
Applicable to ALL LEVELS- Leadership Values enhanced include Open Communication, Accountability, Commitment and Vision, and Character Coaching can be a very challenging for even the most seasoned leaders. The goal of this program is to make it simple and replicable. There are 5 key ingredients to successful coaching sessions. The 1 hr. module provides and overview of the 5 ingredients and an opportunity for each class participant to design out a script for their next coaching session. The Coaching Process emphasizes- respect for the individual, acknowledgement of personal responsibility, clear expectations tied to vision, feedback, and follow up action.
Leading to Correct Performance Problems (8 hrs)
Applicable to ALL LEVELS- Leadership Values enhanced include Open Communication, Accountability, Commitment and Vision, Knowledge, and Character This potent program reviews the 3 major types of performance problems and provides techniques to prepare for the performance discussion, steps to follow in conducting the performance discussion, and the process to ensure the right level of performance occurs in the future. Recognizing the boundaries of performance, driving accountability and open communication are the key ingredients in this program. We present and work through a variety of performance issues and discussions. This class is highly interactive. Each participant will participate in holding these critical performance conversations. The techniques reviewed and practiced in this program arm the participants with a method to create a safe environment conducive to mutual purpose and result oriented communication.
